First day of practice has just finished at the first race of the year. The track here in South Africa has had some work done to it since we were last here 2 years ago and is an improvement from last time. The track has a bit more speed to it and they also made the start higher up so there are a few more turns and fun sections. I was fairly cruisy in practice today, getting my new bike set up and easing into the track. we have qualifying tomorrow so I need to get up to speed in the mornings practice and there are a couple of lines I might try out as well.
Hopefully the sun comes out tomorrow and dries the track up a bit more so it rolls faster. Anyway im looking forward to tomorrow and the finals on sunday.
