As a factory supported Mazda racing driver for the last 6 years, Charles has proven to be one of the most competitive and aggressive drivers on the SCCA Speed Touring Car circuit. With an extensive background in endurance racing piloting Mazda and Porsche products, Charles is a professional talent and a proven winner. As co-driver of the Dempsey Racing Mazda RX-8 GT in the Rolex Series when Patrick’s “other job” intervenes, Charles has been instrumental in pushing the team’s RX-8 towards the front of the pack. Born, raised and still residing in the Tampa, Florida area, Charles spends his spare time as a professional fishing guide in the Everglades as well as pushing against the strong Gulf breezes on his Specialized Tarmac during training rides.
