Bernard van Ulden
Home Town: Belmont, Ca.
Current residence: San Francisco, Ca.
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 160 lbs.
D.O.B. Sept. 11 1979
Originally a young mountain biker (he rode an S-Works M2), Bernard found his cross training in road cycling quickly dominating his time. Bernard graduated from UCLA in 2004 with a degree in Chemistry and the very next day began cycling full time with the WEBCOR Builders cycling team. It was with WEBCOR that Bernard began to ride on Specialized footwear and has since never looked back. Possibly from his MTB roots, Bernard excels most at the race against the clock, but has also been known to sprint well in smaller groups. When he's not riding, Bernard enjoys either snow boarding or spending time on his boat.
