Jaroslaw is a newcomer on the 2010 team. He is from Poland where he graduated from high school for talented cyclists. He has won numerous national championships in the time trial discipline and in addition, he has shown good climbing skills which make him an all-round rider to do well in tours.

In 2009, he was only a few meters away from winning the European championship but was after a long-lasting breakaway caught at the finish line by the sprinters.
