Looking for race rhythm
January 19, 2010I am not going as well as I expected. I hope that the next few days I get into the rhythm of the racing and I can do a little bit better for the team. My teammate, Baden Cooke, is in better shape than me at this moment. The only chance I have is that if I have a really good day then I can have a go, otherwise I will keep trying to get him bonus seconds for the overall.
I will remain in Adelaide after the Tour Down Under's final stage Sunday. Cooke & I will train with Stuart O'Grady on his home roads. Then, all three of us are off to the Tour of Qatar and Tour of Oman in February. My first really big race will be Paris-Nice, where will aim for a stage win.
