Podium finish at Pretoria ITU African Cup
Last week went quite smooth, some good quality swim sessions, track running at night around Sander Berks old house as it has a rough 400m road circle with good light around it and a bike session which left me with just 1% energy left for getting off the bike straight sitting on the ground and just lying there. After this it was off to race Pretoria ITU Triathlon Africa Cup on Sunday.
