After kicking Cousin Ben out, and deporting him back to Australia, I have finally got the place back into an orderly fashion. That was until I started packing again, I seem to be in a world of

post/pre-race organization at the moment. You wouldn’t think it, but I had more stuff to set up

for the road, than I do for the MTB. Had to build my Cal Giant Strawberry Team bike, glue of

numerous tires, etc, boy that is messier than sealant in the MTB wheels. I’m pretty excited, I

even got a disc wheel, haven’t had one of those before and a TT bike will also make it to the

start for me. That’s going to be interesting, never ridden one of those before either. I’ve been

told I have the same setup as Fabian; it seemed to work for him at the world champs, so I should be set! I’ve gotten rid of my second cold for the month, so I will be plenty fresh enough,

hopefully I’ll ride into the tour and pick up form as I go. Although I have to overcome another

hurdle, a guy called Lance. Guess I’ll find out first hand if he’s as fast as they make out?? lol
